Update on MICRODEM in DEMIX

Description
MICRODEM has been used for almost all the data manipulation and statistical computations in DEMIX. Continued work seeks to improve and extend the computations, and compare DEMs. The original landmark DEMs: SRTM, ASTER, and NASADEM should now be retired since Copernicus DEM now clearly outperforms them .
