The integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in educational environments has paved the way for innovative solutions to traditional administrative challenges. This study explores the design, development, and evaluation of a cost-efficient, scalable, and user-friendly IoT-based attendance tracking system. The research addresses key technical and practical concerns, including component selection, system performance, data synchronization, security, and stakeholder feedback. Through iterative development and testing, the proposed system demonstrates superior performance compared to traditional and biometric methods, offering enhanced accuracy, reliability, and usability.
