D9.1 – Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Phase 1

The Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan for the HYPER-AI project outlines the strategy for all dissemination, communication and exploitation activities, detailing guidelines, methodologies, tools, and timelines. It also introduces the project’s open source strategy. This deliverable outlines the communication strategy to be followed by WP9 and 10. It also introduces the engagement activities conducted during the first six months of the HYPER-AI project (M1 to 6).

This flexible document allows for updates as new opportunities arise during the project's course. The plan's primary goals are to establish an effective communication strategy that enhances project visibility, publicises objectives and results, and keeps stakeholders informed.

HYPER-AI has adopted a flexible, agile approach to planning and executing activities, coordinated through WP9 and WP10. This document details the methodology, strategy, and planned actions for the upcoming period. This plan is dynamic and will be updated, with a formal and final revision scheduled for Month 36.
