Description
This report reports on the findings from two studies conducted within the Horizon Europe financed project PREPSOIL. The first, and the largest, study is a quantitative online study conducted in seven EU countries (Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden) about soil health awareness among professionals that are seen as key actors for supporting change towards more soil health friendly practices within agricultural, forest and urban land uses.
According to our knowledge, that study is unique to its kind. The same set of questions was distributed (albeit in native languages) to professionals with the mandate to either support soil management change (such as advisors or consultants) or other key actors who have the power to influence the soil health discourse in respective land use and country. In order to put relevant questions to the identified key persons in each land use type, somewhat different questions was formulated in the three different surveys (agriculture, forest and urban).
