Description

This deliverable presents the evolution and outcomes of Task 6.3 (T6.3) within the HEPHAESTUS project. Initially, the dissemination strategy included the organization of
three independent conferences aimed at promoting project outputs among key stakeholder groups such as policymakers, academic institutions, and craft-maker associations. Following the establishment of the CRAFTOUR cluster—a strategic alliance of six major European projects on crafts—the project team opted to integrate two of the planned conferences into this larger collaborative framework. This decision, endorsed by the European Commission project officers, enables HEPHAESTUS to enhance its visibility, broaden its network, and increase the policy impact of its findings. Two major CRAFTOUR events, a Policy Round Table in Brussels and a scientific conference in Antwerp, will now serve to fulfill and expand the dissemination objectives originally foreseen under Task 6.3. This report details the initial planning, the rationale behind the shift, the description of new activities, and the strategic benefits achieved through this integration.
