Execute MyxoSimulCode.m. 
The included MATLAB code in line 30 determines the mode of the simulation. 

Init_Demarcation.m: demarcation simulation
Init_MotRescue: Motility rescue simulation
Init_RPS: Cyclic dominance simulation
Init_SerialTransfer.m: Material transfer simulation
Init_traA_div.m: traA diversity simulation

Within each abovementioned MATLAB file, the parameters for genetic configurations, cell numbers, and nutrient conditions can be changed.
