  • Set maximum supported version of scipy to <1.11

  • Added tworeplchallenge and solution_generator commands to cellmaps_utilscmd.py. These commands generate a Kaggle challenge and solution from a SEC-MS dataset

  • Updated to PEP 517 compliant build system
