Description
The Component Metadata Infrastructure (CMDI) offers a toolkit for the flexible creation of metadata capturing forms (called "profiles"). CMDI originated in the domain of language resources (within the CLARIN-ERIC infrastructure), but it can also be used in other domains. In this demonstration, aimed to (meta)data modelers and (meta)data curators, we will explain what the CMDI editor is, how to set it up, how to create and tweak metadata profiles, and how to connect them to a generic browser that enables searching and browsing.
