Maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree of Lycodon inferred from two mitochondrial genes (16S RNA, CytB) and one nuclear gene (Rag1); (A) Inset version of ML phylogeny with (B) showing a pruned version of same tree showing relationships within the Lycodon fasciatus group, and (C) showing a haplotype network based on phased Rag1 sequences of Lycodon. Numbers between nodes denote Ultrafast Bootstrap (UF BS), Shimodaira-Hasegawa approximate likelihood ratio test value (SH-aLRT), and Bayesian posterior probability values (BI PP), respectively. Nodes filled in with a black circle indicate strong support by both analyses, whereas nodes filled in with a white circle indicate strong support by only one of the ML analysis (either SH-aLRT or UF BS).
