This article introduces RNA-XC, a theoretical model of a symbolic neural network grounded in the ontological and philosophical foundations of the XChronos project. Departing from conventional neural architectures that rely solely on quantitative data, RNA-XC is designed to recognize and process subjective temporal experiences — such as emotional presence, gaze intensity, silence, and symbolic resonance. Drawing upon concepts like Chronons (units of lived time), Hexachronons (narrative-symbolic blocks), and Metachronos (reflective temporal awareness), this model proposes an alternative path for artificial intelligence: one that responds to meaning, not only behavior; to conscious presence, not just inputs.

The paper reinterprets the symbolic activation threshold through an updated ELAS equation and outlines potential applications in education, therapy, immersive UX design, and ontological metaverses. It invites technologists, philosophers, and creatives to rethink the architecture of intelligent systems as mirrors of lived time, bridging symbolic cognition, poetic computation, and ontological design.
