Description

This article presents a symbolic-ontological interpretation of the Frauchiger-Renner thought experiment through the lens of XChronos, a phenomenological framework developed to explore subjective time and conscious observation. By aligning the logical inconsistencies exposed in the FR experiment with the symbolic collapses of Chronons, Hexachronons, and Metachronons, the study highlights the ontological necessity of consciousness as the source of temporal and existential coherence. It argues that what quantum theory calls “contradiction” is, in symbolic terms, the absence of conscious colapse—an unmeasured possibility awaiting the observer. The XChronos model therefore proposes that time is not a background container but an emergent product of attentive perception. Consciousness, far from being an afterthought in physics, is the very clock through which meaning and temporality arise.
