This e-book explores the use of in silico models to predict various properties of substances evaluated within PARC. The book serves as a methodological exercise to assess tools suitable for Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD) rather than identifying substance substitutes.

Among the tools used, the VEGA software (version 1.2.3)—available at www.vegahub.eu—played a key role. VEGA is integrated with the OECD QSAR Toolbox, the Danish (Q)SAR Database, AMBIT, and other platforms, enhancing its application in predictive assessments.
