Description

In the context that higher education is considered as a service, improving the quality of training through practical modules is an important factor in order to shorten the gap between theory and practice, and at the same time enhance students' working capacity and professional skills. The study collected 370 valid survey forms from warehouse students by stratified random sampling method. Theoretically and empirically, the study proposes five factors that directly affect student satisfaction: the quality of lecturers, the quality of training programs, the quality of support services, facilities, and the reasonableness of training costs. The regression analysis results showed that the research model explained 58,2% of the variation in student satisfaction, confirming the accuracy and effectiveness of the method. The findings from the study highlight that the quality of training and facilities are the factors that have the greatest impact on satisfaction. Since then, the article has made management recommendations, including enhancing the capacity of lecturers, improving facilities, optimizing practical training programs, and establishing appropriate tuition policies.
