Each file contains the ID of the recorded neuron in the first column, and its corresponding firing rate (in Hz) in the second column. The firing rate data is organized in independent cell columns for each tDCS condition: - For neurons with 2 columns: first column = Anodal 200 uA, second column = Cathodal 200 uA. - For neurons with 6 columns: first column = Anodal 100 uA, second column = Cathodal 100 uA; third column = Anodal 200 uA, fourth column = Cathodal 200 uA; fifth column = Anodal 300 uA, sixth column = Cathodal 300 uA. Each of this cell columns contains the firing rate data for that neuron and tDCS condition in a 50x3 matrix if the duration of tDCS was 5s or 50x4 if it was 10s: - Each row contains the trial averaged firing rate in each bin of 100ms, with the first row containing the first 100ms and the last row the last 100ms of the 5s temporal window for analysis. - Each column contains the values during the different temporal windows used for analysis. 50x3 matrix: first colum = pre-tDCS, second column = during tDCS, third column = post tDCS; 50x4 matrix: first column = pre-tDCS, second column = during first 5s of tDCS, third column = during last 5s of tDCS, fourth column = post tDCS. The file containing the data from Purkinje cells recorded in Crus I-II contains two additional columns, the third containing the information of complex spikes firing rate and the fourth containing the duration of the simple spike pause. In this case, since these two variables were averaged in a temporal window of 5s for each trial, each row represent this averaged value for a given trial, so each row represents a single trial. The file containing Purkinje Cells recorded with Neuropixels 1.0 system ("DataPC_Neuropixels.mat") follows the same structure stated before. It contains a 9x2 cell type variable ("certDCSNP") where the first column shows each PC ID, as it is shown in the text; and the second columns at every row contain a 2x1 cell type variable with firing rate information within both tDCS conditions: - First column contains Anodal 200 uA firing rate data, - and second column contains Cathodal 200 uA firing rate data. Each of this cell columns contains the firing rate data for that neuron and tDCS condition in a 50x3 matrix: - Each row contains the trial averaged firing rate in each bin of 100ms, with the first row containing the first 100ms and the last row the last 100ms of the 5s temporal window for analysis. - Each column contains the values during the different temporal windows used for analysis. 50x3 matrix: first colum = pre-tDCS, second column = during tDCS, third column = post tDCS.
