Estas salsas son altamente procesadas y contienen niveles excesivos de sodio y calor\u00edas, lo que contribuye de manera significativa al problema de sobrepeso y obesidad en M\u00e9xico. Las salsas endulzadas disponibles en el mercado a menudo incluyen ingredientes como sal yodada, jarabe de ma\u00edz con alto contenido de fructosa, \u00e1cido c\u00edtrico, almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz modificado, citrato de sodio y benzoato de sodio. Estos productos crean un desequilibrio energ\u00e9tico debido a la inclusi\u00f3n de ingredientes altamente procesados y conservantes artificiales. En un esfuerzo por abordar este problema, se propuso un enfoque alternativo que utiliza ingredientes no convencionales para crear un chamoy a base de flor de Jamaica, miel de abeja, chile guajillo y ciruela</p>\n</div>\n</div>\n</div>\n</div>",
