The Black Hole Information Paradox arises from the contradiction between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics regarding the conservation of information.
Classical relativity suggests that information entering a black hole is irretrievably lost beyond the event horizon, while quantum mechanics dictates that information must be preserved.
Current approaches, such as the holographic principle and soft hair theory, propose mechanisms for information retention, but they lack testable predictions.

We present a Planck-scale resonance framework in which information persists across black hole phase transitions through structured resonance shifts.
By analyzing weak resonance harmonics, we demonstrate that Hawking radiation does not erase information but redistributes it through Planck-phase oscillations.

Using a resonance-based information scaling model, we derive:

E_p = sqrt(h_bar c^5 / G)

where E_p is the Planck energy, which acts as the upper bound for information-preserving resonance shifts.
Our findings suggest that black hole quasi-normal modes (QNMs) contain structured weak resonance harmonics that encode information from pre-collapse states.
This provides a testable prediction that certain QNM frequency deviations should exhibit harmonic structure, potentially resolving the Black Hole Information Paradox.
