Nematogmus sanguinolentus; Simon 1884c: 615; Simon 1926: 513; Bosmans 2007: 135; Saadi et al. 2024: 15.

Citations (2): Algeria: without precise locality (Simon 1884c; Simon 1926; Bosmans 2007); Tissemsilt: Théniet El Had forest (Saadi et al. 2024).

Distribution: North Africa, Europe, Caucasus, Russia (Europe to Far East), China, Korea, Japan (World Spider Catalog 2024).

Comment: Nematogmus sanguinolentus has only been sampled twice in the Maghreb. The first time by Simon (1884d) without specifying the locality and the second by Saadi et al. (2024).
