nonthermal_phonon_temperature 

The momentum- and mode-resolved phonon effective temperature, obtained by converting the nonthermal phonon population to temperautre. The nonthermal phonon population is obtained by solving time-dependent Boltzmann equation. The two folders contains the simulations with and without considering screening effects introduced by the photoexcited carries.

simulated diffuse scattering

The diffuse scattering map is calculated by reading the nonthermal phonon temperature, based on multiphonon scattering theory. The folder diffuse_scattering_scr/ and diffuse_scattering_unscr/ contains the results using screened and unscreened electron-phonon coupling. The folder analysis/ shows the relative intensity for the point close to Gamma, Lambda, M and K points, using the results in diffuse_scattering_scr/
