EFFECTIVE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL REGULATION OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL CONDITIONS

The paper discusses the issues of implementing effective methods for the state regulation of higher educational institutions with special educational conditions. The mechanism of regulating the quality characteristics of education is emphasized. The basic essential characteristics of effective management and regulation of educational process with special educational conditions are determined.
