Harku valla elanike kriisivalmidus. Uuringuraport.

Description

The study focuses on finding out the crisis preparedness of the residents of Harku municipality in Estonia. The online survey was conducted in 2024 by CESERE according to the request from Harku municipality and Harku Civil Protection Society. The study focused on threat perception, awareness of available resources and threats, preparation for possible crisis preparedness and sustainability, and communication and cooperation with the community and local government. Based on the research results and the theoretical and background materials discussed in the study, six proposals were presented on how to increase the crisis preparedness of the residents of Harku municipality.
