Creators
Description
Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) has garnered significant attention in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) education due to its learner-centered approach and emphasis on authentic language use. This paper delves into the theoretical foundations of TBLT, its implementation in EFL classrooms, and the associated challenges and benefits. Despite pedagogical advantages, TBLT faces challenges such as teacher preparedness, curriculum integration, and assessment complexities. However, its benefits, including increased student engagement, communicative competence, and authentic language use, make it a valuable methodology for EFL teaching.
