Description

This presentation was delivered at the Virginia Scholarly Communication Interest Group (VASCIG) Summer Meeting, 2024. The presentation introduces Copim's Open Book Futures project, and the work it is doing to deliver a sustainable, community-led, equitable and bibliodiverse future for OA book publishing. In particular, Deville discusses the Open Book Collective and the role the charity plays in providing BPC-free revenue for OA publishers and service providers.
