DeepISLES - Standalone software with GUI

Description

A standalone release of DeepISLES that includes a user-friendly graphical interface for both single and batch MRI processing. DeepISLES provides state-of-the-art stroke lesion segmentation in MRI.

Installation and Requirements

Linux (Ubuntu ≥ 20.04)

  1. Install Docker Desktop

  2. Install NVIDIA Container Toolkit

  3. Run the DeepISLES Installer

    • Execute the here-in provided installer to complete setup

Windows (10/11)

  1. Install Docker Desktop

  2. Configure Docker for WSL 2

    • Run Docker Desktop as Administrator
    • Open Settings and enable WSL 2
  3. Run the DeepISLES Installer

    • Execute the here-in provided installer to complete setup
