Femminismo digitale e algoretica

Creators

Description

The article, connecting to recent proposals in the sector of media education and to questions highlighted by the anthropology of the media, raises the question of the negotiations of meaning that derive from the relationship, in the digital contemporaneity, between people, subjects embodied and characterized by belonging to a gender, and the metaphorical, symbolic and linguistic world of an artificial algorithm. The awareness that the linguistic and semiotic codes of IT devices are not neutral but anthropologically centered is an awareness that belongs to digital feminism, called to deconstruct artificial and unequal postures for a greater educational curvature in relational and digital contemporaneity. The reflection around the construction of the world and its interpretation through artificial intelligence highlights the need for an algorithm that knows and can restore the conditions of equality, parity and gender equity.
