Tibbiy tasvirlarda reprezentativ psevdoobyektlarni segmentatsiyalash algoritmi

Description

Ushbu maqola raqamli tibbiy tasvirlardagi reprezentativ psevdoobyektlarni, xususan, qon tasvirlarini ko'pburchak usulidan foydalanib segmentatsiyalash masalasini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Segmentatsiya jarayonida qizil qon tanachalarining diametrlarini aniqlash asosida Prays-Jons egri chizig'ini yaratish imkoniyati beriladi, bu esa kasallik mavjudligini oldindan baholash yoki shifokorning e'tiborini shubhali tasvirlarga qaratishga yordam beradi. Maqolada algoritmning asosiy bosqichlari – konturlarni aniqlash, qovariq nuqtalarni izlash, segmentlarni guruhlash va ellipslarni joylashtirish kabi jarayonlar batafsil bayon etilgan
