Attractive Careers in Research: the expectations and roles of different stakeholder groups

This report summarises the key messages and perspectives gathered during the two-part workshop organised by Science Europe on 4-5 November to explore the common and different expectations for careers in research by various stakeholder groups.

It also highlights a series of potential actions that will be discussed further by the Science Europe Task Force on Research Careers, who will prepare a set of recommendations for action by Science Europe Member Organisations, and research organisations more broadly in 2025.
