В статье рассматриваются современные подходы к внедрению инноваций в логистике, их влияние на эффективность бизнес-процессов и конкурентоспособность компаний. Проведен анализ передовых технологий, таких как искусственный интеллект, роботизация, блокчейн и автономные транспортные средства, с акцентом на их практическое применение в логистических операциях. На основе кейсов ведущих компаний показаны преимущества внедрения инноваций, включая снижение издержек, повышение прозрачности цепочек поставок и улучшение клиентского опыта. Также выделены основные барьеры и риски, возникающие при внедрении технологий. В результате исследования предложены рекомендации для успешной интеграции инноваций в логистические процессы.
Abstract (English)
The article examines modern approaches to the introduction of innovations in logistics, their impact on the efficiency of business processes and the competitiveness of companies. The analysis of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, blockchain and autonomous vehicles is carried out, with an emphasis on their practical application in logistics operations. Based on the case studies of leading companies, the benefits of innovation are shown, including cost reduction, increased transparency of supply chains and improved customer experience. The main barriers and risks arising from the introduction of technologies are also highlighted. As a result of the research, recommendations are proposed for the successful integration of innovations into logistics processes.
