Description
This report provides a guide for selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against the transmembrane glycoprotein NMB (GPNMB) for applications in western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence, using a knockdown cell line as an isogenic control. This research was partially supported by the Emory-Sage-SGC TREAT-AD center, established by the National Institutes of Aging under award number U54AG065187.
