This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against Mitochondrial 2-oxoglutarate/malate carrier protein (SLC25A11) in western blot and immunoprecipitation, using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs in knockout cell lines and isogenic controls.
