This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against ADNP in Western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence, using a knockdown cell line as an isogenic controls. This study was funded in part by the Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative (SFARI), an organization that funds innovative research to enhance the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders.
