Description

Data were collected during a workshop study aimed at identifying the top priorities regarding ethical AI development in the context of acute stroke care. The participants of the workshops are project staff from VALIDATE, an EU Horizon research action aimed at developing and validating an AI system to be used by doctors in the ER to prognosticate patient outcome and stratification after an acute stroke.

The workshops were recorded and automatically transcribed, and participants filled feedback surveys before, between, and after the workshop sessions. The workshop activities include storytelling, discussion of issues and dilemmas, prioritization, and elicitation of requirements in a structured planning language (Planguage) format.

This repository also includes a document detailing the quality assurance questions to participants, an Excel sheet containing all answers to the quality assurance questions, and a zip file containing the transcripts in docx format and screenshots from the digital collaboration board used during the workshop sessions in pdf format.

Also, a document containing an extended version of the results section of the paper is included.
