P_sur_total_kg_ha_NUTS0_v1.0 = Mean and sd of 48 N surplus given as kg ha-1 of physical area yr-1 for NUTS 0 from 1850 to 2019
P_sur_total_kg_ha_NUTS1_v1.0 = Mean and sd of 48 N surplus given as kg ha-1 of physical area yr-1 for NUTS 1 from 1850 to 2019
