  • 1. ROR icon King's College London

Description

When planning standardisation of image data, it should be kept in mind that the reality of facility users' data management strategies is far from our idealised plan. How can we address this problem, so that we build solid data management foundations from the ground up?

The presentation was given at the foundingGIDE Community Meeting in Okazaki, Japan (31 October–01 November 2024). foundingGIDE: founding a Global Imaging Data Ecosystem is a EU Horizon-funded project between Euro-BioImaging ERIC, EMBL, Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (Italy), German BioImaging, Global BioImaging, RIKEN (Japan), Microscopy Australia and Australian National Imaging Facility.
