Data4Land - enrichment of land-use/land-cover datasets

Data4Land is a software which allows user to enrich existing land-use/land-cover datasets with available vector datasets, mainly Open Street Map (for wide usage), and preprocess these datasets to use them in nature conservation (habitat connectivity computation particularly). The workflow is provided as a series of interactive Jupyter Notebooks with detailed recommendations on usage.
