Data was collected as part of my Master’s project at Oslo Metropolitan University.

METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

Description of sources and methods used for collection of data:
Interviews were done via Zoom and recorded on the Nettskjema Dictaphone app. 
Transcription was done with Autotekst, and audio files were deleted. 
One interviewee did not consent to being recorded and the interviewer took notes in that 
interview

DATA OVERVIEW

Data from 11 of 15 interviews with PhD candidates at NTNU about their knowledge and 
opinions of Data management plans
Data is in .txt format
All names except “Inga” are pseudonyms, Inga is the interviewer, their pseudonyms have 
no connection to their own names, and have been assigned randomly. 
Data about the informants’ faculty and departmental information has been removed.
Data concerning what the informants’ projects are about have been removed. 
Identifying information about the informants and their projects has been anonymized or 
removed.
Data is in either English or Norwegian (bokmål) depending on the language used during 
data collection.
Informants have consented to their data being archived openly
