The Artists Earning Survey 2024: Artistic uncertainty and the pressures facing UK Visual Artists

This Highlights Report is a companion to the ‘UK Visual Artists: A survey of earnings and contracts’ report. Both reports were developed by CREATe, who were commissioned by the Design and Artists Copyright Societyy (DACS) to conduct independent research into the earnings and contracts of UK-based visual artists. This Highlights Report presents the key thematic findings from focus groups and interviews with visual artists and corresponding survey data from a survey of DACS members, totalling 1,451 respondents.
