The EUA Council for Doctoral Education (EUA-CDE), established in 2008, is the largest European network in doctoral education, representing more than 290 universities and national rectors’ conferences in 39 countries. This document outlines the EUA-CDE Action Plan for the implementation of the agreement’s principles and commitments.
