EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES IN IMPROVING THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND PRIORITY DIRECTIONS OF THEIR APPLICATION TO UZBEKISTAN

At present, measures aimed at the development of legislation and judicial system are being actively implemented in our country. In this article, the experience of foreign countries in reforming the judicial system and the broad prospects of their implementation in our country are widely covered. As an example, information was given about the legal system of the Middle East countries, in particular the United Arab Emirates and the legal system of the Federal Republic of Germany. In addition, the reforms implemented in our country for the improvement of this sector are covered in detail.
