This is the data of the experimental work carried out for the submission of the manuscript entitled "Hepatic stellate cell single cell atlas reveals a highly similar activation process across liver disease aetiologies". published in J.Hep reports (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jhepr.2024.101223)

Two Seurat objects: one object for the mouse HSC atlas and one for the human HSC atlas.
