Tasks were performed at 25% and 45% of the maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) force in a static and dynamic manner. Every combination of movement (static or dynamic) x joint (shoulder or elbow) x load (25% or 45% of MVC Force) was performed by every subject. Subject data includes information on demographic and anthropometrics, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), endurance time of tasks, MVC forces, and loads lifted.
