Description
This is a data set prepared for the tutorial of the genome mining tools BiG-SCAPE/CORASON.
Actinobacteria genomes and biosynthetical gene clusters (BGCs) information are stored in gbk files. Aminoacid sequence of query enzyme TauD from Streptomyces sp. NRRL B-1347 is provided here as fasta file. Content is organized here in three directories as follows:
i) genomes.tar.gz
14 Actinobacteria genome files (gbk files)
1 Spectinomycin BGC from MIBiG database (gbk file)
ii) gbk.tar.gz
22 BGCs selected from the antiSMASH output of the 14 genomes in genome directory.
