Description
Dataset of “NDVI analysis reveals increase of biomass production and stability during the conversion from conventional to organic farming”. This manuscript includes the results of WP1 from the SOFT project (ref. 890874).
Data include NDVI estimates from Sentinel-2 across the study period (“master.ndvi.all.GCB.csv”) and averaged by field (“master.ndvi.GCB.csv”), and also soil data at the field level (“master.ndvi.GCB.csv”).
Sentinel-2 data were collected from the Copernicus Programme webpage https://dataspace.copernicus.eu/explore-data/data-collections/sentinel-data/sentinel-2 The code used to extract the NDVI data from Sentinel-2 imagery is available at: https://code.earthengine.google.com/e80e0767ae4e1f722e29c30d363ad8f1
