Designated by Townes (1944).</p> <p> Three species, <i>H. bipunctator</i> (Thunberg, 1822), <i>H. hirashimai</i> Momoi, 1970, and <i>H. politus</i> (Ashmead, 1906), have been recorded from Japan. In this study, I found five additional species from Japan and four of them are undescribed. I describe them and record some distributional data of H. hirashimai below.
