'MainTheory' generates the main theory curves.
'SupplementTheory' generates the supplement theory plots
'Runge-Kutta-Theory' generates the Runge-Kutta fit used in a supplement theory fig.

To note the 'Runge-Kutta-Theory' requires that you have Cython running on your computer.
The rest just demands normal python. 
The runge-kutta output is attached so one can make the plots without running it.
