ProxyVis and GeoProxyVis Imagery for Geostationary Satellite Data

Description
This is a high-level API for generating ProxyVis and GeoProxyVis imagery from geostationary satellite data. The GeoProxyVis imagery combines ProxyVis, a nighttime infrared (IR)-based proxy for daytime Visible (0.64 um) imagery, and adjusted daytime Visible (0.64 um) imagery to create combined day-night visible-like imagery.
