The compressed CODEX.gz file contains the follwoing files:

1. Processed CODEX images (*.ome.tif)
2. Corresponding H&E scans (*_HE.ome.tif)
3. QuPath project containing (needs to be open with QuPath version >= 0.42 )
	a. All images from 1. and 2.
	b. Pathology annotations (IvyGAP)
	c. Segmentation masks
	d. Pseudospot grid
	
Note: 

- Segmentation masks were transferred from CODEX to H&E images and Pathology annotations were transferred from H&E to CODEX images using Warpy Extension (https://imagej.net/plugins/bdv/warpy/warpy-extension)
