The development of technology has increased the place and importance of technology in human life. In every moment and every area of daily life, technology, and technological devices are utilized. With technology becoming so deeply integrated into human life, technological tools and applications have started to be used in many areas. The education sector has also been affected by the extensive inclusion of technological tools and devices in daily life, and this change has been reflected in the education sector as well. The methods and strategies that have been integrated with technology and are now used in all areas of education have also affected the language teaching and learning process, leading to certain changes. With the introduction of technology in the language teaching process, new concepts have entered this field. In this context, new concepts such as distance education, computer-assisted instruction, internet-supported instruction, and interactive learning have been added to the teaching process. In addition to these concepts, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 tools, which have started to be included in the learning and teaching process, have also brought a new dimension to language teaching. Based on this information, this study aims to determine what technological tools are used or can be used in the field of teaching Turkish to foreigners. For this purpose, the data of the research was obtained using the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research designs. It is expected that the websites, channels, and applications identified within the scope of the research will diversify the Turkish learning and teaching process. Based on the data obtained, a suggestion was made to add a course to the undergraduate.
