R packages used for inverse modelling of halocarbon emissions as used in:
Schönenberger et al., Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, 2018.

Packages were used with R version 3.1.0 on a linux environment. We recommend to use the same R 
version. For installation with newer versions of R some compatibility issues may arise. 


1) Install packages (and their dependencies) in the following order:
	Dependencies (from R: install.packages())
		chron,
	 	RColorBrewer,
		pixmap,
		maps,
		mapproj,
		mapdata,
		maptools,
		RColorBrewer,
		sp,
		rgdal,
		ncdf4
	
	Packages (from command line: R CMD INSTALL xxx.tar.gz)

	c)  myRplots_1.2.tar.gz
	d)  Rflexpart_0.5.tar.gz
	e)  Rinversion_0.3.tar.gz
