D5.3a Demonstrator's performance evaluation & appraisal reports (a)

This report is the first in a series of the EO4EU demonstration of the data uptake reports. It presents the main features of the EO4EU demonstration cases and reflects their progress up to date. 
The EO4EU Use cases are: 
1. EO for Personalized Health care Services (lead: FMI, part. VU, UL) 
2. Ocean monitoring (lead: DANAOS, part. NKUA) 
3. Food Security (lead: CMCC, part. SISTEMA) 
4. Forest ecosystems (lead CMCC, part. SISTEMA) 
5. Soil erosion (lead CMCC, part. SISTEMA) 
6. Environmental Pests (lead CMCC, part. SISTEMA) 
7. Better Civil Protection activities using EO acquired datasets (lead IES, part. KEMEA, IVI, NKUA) 
The UCs are presently at the stage of establishing their key features, identifying their interface to the EO4EU platform, and setting up the services themselves.
