Remarks. According to the original description (Cresson 1874: 395), female has head and antenna black; mesosoma predominantly yellow with “extreme tips of metathorax” black; legs predominantly yellow with black markings; fore tarsus black apically; mid and hind tarsi black; hind trochanter black; hind femur at base and subapically black; hind tibia black except centrally on outer side; metasoma black; ovipositor half as long as metasoma.

Record of this species from Brazil requires verification.
